PRODUCT DEFECTS

If the item has any defects or errors please contact Hinaani Design with a photo of the problem, your name, and order number. The product will be replaced at no cost. 

PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT

If you try on the item and decide you want it in another size Hinaani Design does not offer direct exchanges for that. Instead, the recommendation is that you can gift or resell the item and then order your preferred size. 

Items are made to order so it is a long and complicated process to do exchanges directly and unfortunately Hinaani Design does not have the resources to coordinate it.
